請大家拒絕前往好樂迪唱歌...許多人喜歡在包廂及走道抽菸...而該公司的空調又是中央空調.且問服務生...還說那是客人花錢的包廂他們管不著...該公司未善盡營業場所的責任..是否大家都有同樣的感受.........只是沒抽菸的人生活空間好小喔......戒菸難道錯ㄌ.......

你好,KTV為現行菸害防制法十四條除吸菸區室外不得吸菸之場所，且明年一月菸害防制法新法開始施行後，更為全面禁止吸菸之場所。您可來信或來電告知我們您遭受菸害確切的時間與地點，我們會為您提出檢舉。

其實不只是好樂迪，幾乎所有包廂式KTV都會有菸味，
沒錯！就因為他是中央空調，就因為他是獨立包廂，
所以，客人包廂內抽煙根本沒辦法管。
就算菸害防制法有明文規定，但是難不成像警察臨檢一樣闖入包廂嗎？
還是進入KTV之前，要先搜身看有無香菸？
唉，唱歌的人何時才能有無菸環境？.......我看難上加難

我一個國中畢業的藍領階級來這看各位的腦子都覺得有趣呢!!

我反而想請教董式基金會菸害防制組
我花錢租下了一個區域
那個地方是不是我的私人領域
那為什麼不能抽菸?又不是在公共走道!
就連在旅館過夜警察也不能擅自進入!
刑法跟行政法有沒有衝突?
又假設我在旅館房間內抽菸有無違法?

香菸本來就是毒品
國家生產毒品還進口毒品賺取大筆鈔票
然後再調漲毒品售價
假健康名義行抽稅之實

你們真以為調漲十塊就沒人抽菸了嗎
別傻了好嗎
你們都是政府抽稅的一顆棋子罷了
悲哀無腦的植物人!!

倒是比較像一起共謀分贓...
